  • Measurements and weights may vary slightly due to manual measurement.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

For bank transfer payments:

  • Payment must be completed within 24 hours.

  • Orders will only be processed after payment is received and verified.

  • Orders not paid within the stated timeframe may be automatically cancelled.

Xandra Co. is not responsible for incorrect payment transfers made by customers.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

However:

  • Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment verification.

  • Xandra Co. reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Xandra Co. is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party courier services

  • Lost parcels after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
