2. Product Nature

Some of our products are made from natural materials. Therefore:

  • Natural variations in color, texture, inclusions, and patterns are normal.
  • Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images.

These natural variations are not considered defects.


3. Non-Returnable Items

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are only covered by us if the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Order Cancellations
